We have a desire to help people look and feel confident. We strive for perfection and nothing else! CANCELLATION POLICY A non-refundable deposit will be required to book an appointment. No-shows will be banned from booking any future services, and we'll lose their deposit. What happens if I'm a no-show or cancel? You will need to pay another deposit if you are a no-show or cancel. Will I be charged before the service? You will be charged a deposit upon booking your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable. The amount of your deposit will be applied to the cost of your service at the time of your appointment. If you need to cancel, you will lose your deposit. Will I get my deposit back? No. The deposit is non-refundable. If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes or more, it is also considered a no-show. This affects our schedule, and we will not be able to perform the procedure on time. Please be considerate of our time.
